Comfort Inn South Chesterfield - Colonial Heights

The hotel was insanely easy to find after getting off the highway, and having a McDonald's and a gas station/convience store was the biggest plus! When we walked in, we were weclomed by the staff, who were so super kind and efficient with checking us in and telling us about their breakfast times and giving us our keys with a password for the wifi. The room was super clean, basically spotless! This hotel made a huge impression, not only to me; someone who has stayed at quite a few hotels, but to my boyfriend who hasn't stayed at as many and doesn't really know what to expect. The room exceeded our expectations in every way! The bathroom was super clean and nicely set up--the shower was a perfect size and was super clean! And despite us being in this hotel with no vacancy, the rooms were as good as soundproof and could really only hear anything outside the doors in the hallways.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice! I've stayed there twice and they were able to check me in early the first time. The second time I stayed, I needed a room change and they were extremely helpful in doing so! Super friendly staff!

From the moment we arrived it was great! Location is great you have a gas station on one side and McDonald’s on the other. Front desk staff was friendly and super nice, room was big and clean! Bed was comfortable!

I liked the location of my room, on the top floor, up in a corner. Breakfast was adequate, room was clean but dated. The beds were comfortable.
